Terms of Service

This is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between Phocaive (the "Company") and users when using the BeVillLog app (the "Service").

Article 2 (Effect and changes)

These Terms take effect when posted in the app and on our website. When we change them, we will announce it in the app at least 7 days in advance (30 days if the change is unfavorable to users). If you do not agree to the changes, you may delete your account.

Article 3 (Sign-up and accounts)

  1. You can sign up with a Google, Apple or X account or with email. By signing up, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  2. Children under 14 cannot sign up.
  3. You are responsible for your account and may not lend or transfer it to others. We may ask you to change a nickname that infringes on the rights of others or is offensive.

Article 4 (The Service)

  1. The Service is free and may show ads in the app.
  2. We may change or suspend parts of the Service when necessary. If we end the Service entirely, we will give 30 days' notice.
  3. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages.

Article 5 (Your records)

  1. Only you can see your records and photos, and we will not disclose them to others without your consent.
  2. We may combine records so that no individual can be identified and show them as overall statistics ("BeVillLog records").
  3. Do not upload photos or content that infringe on others' copyright, portrait rights or privacy.
  4. When you delete your account, your records and photos are deleted and cannot be recovered.

Article 6 (Copyright)

Rights to album, photocard and show images and names shown in the app belong to their respective owners. BeVillLog is an unofficial, fan-made app, and these images are shown only as a reference to help you keep records. If a rights holder asks us to remove content (phocaive@gmail.com), we will check and remove it without delay.

Article 7 (Prohibited conduct and restrictions)

If you use another person's account, disrupt the Service through hacking or automated tools, collect catalog or user information without permission, or break the law, we may restrict your use or delete your account. If you disagree, contact us at phocaive@gmail.com.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

We are not responsible for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network failures, or by users' own fault. Catalog information such as show schedules and places is for reference and may differ from reality. This does not apply to damage caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Disputes)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and if that fails, by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
