BeVillLogPrivacy Policy
Phocaive (the "Company") operates the BeVillLog app and handles your personal information as described below.
1. Information we collect and why

- "My location" on the BTS Tour map is used only to move the map and is never stored.
- Only photos you choose are uploaded, and they are kept in private storage that only you can view. We do not use the shooting information contained in photo files.
- We do not collect resident registration numbers, phone numbers, addresses or payment information.
2. Retention and deletion
- Account information, records and photos are kept until you delete your account and are deleted right away when you do. They may remain in disaster-recovery backups for up to 7 days before being deleted automatically.
- Screen usage and error information are deleted after the period set by Google (up to 90 days).
- Deleted information cannot be recovered.
3. Service providers
We do not sell or provide your personal information to others (except where required by law). We use Google for the services below, and some of them may be processed outside Korea (such as in the United States).

4. Your rights
- You can edit or delete your records in the app, and change your nickname in [More → My profile].
- You can delete all your information at any time in [More → My profile → Delete account].
- On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in [Settings → Google → Ads]. On iOS, we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). In regions where ad consent is required, you can change your choice in the privacy options under [More], and we do not collect screen usage in those regions.
- For any other request to access, correct or delete your information, email us below and we will respond within 10 days.
5. Security
All communication is encrypted. Passwords are stored encrypted by the authentication service, and even the Company cannot see them. Server access is limited to the operator.
6. Children under 14
Children under 14 cannot sign up as members.

8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will announce it in the app and on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect.
